We take 50% of the contract value at booking and the remaining 50% on the contract start date. <strong>The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation<\/strong>, since we stop renting the desk to keep it reserved for you.<\/p><p> <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event space and meeting room<\/h2><p>So you can plan your events, trainings, and meetings ahead of time, we accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. We take 50% of the contract value at booking and the remaining 50% on the contract start date. <\/p><p>The deposit will be refunded:<br>\u2013 in full up to 45 days before the event<br>\u2013 50% up to 30 days before the event<br>\u2013 not refunded if canceled less than 30 days before the event<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video recording studio<\/h2><p>You can cancel up to 30 days before the scheduled date with no penalty on the prepaid amount, as long as you request the refund by email to <a href=\"mailto:hello@synergy-porto.com\">hello@synergy-porto.com<\/a>.<br><br>Up to 48 hours before the appointment date, you can cancel and use the amount paid toward another date, subject to space availability.<br><br>If you don\u2019t cancel or reschedule within the time frames above, the full amount (100%) will be charged, with no refund.
