Before you book
How do I book?
Choose your pack and date, and send us an email or message. We record on business days, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Evening or weekend recordings have a fee of €40 + VAT per day.
What does episode editing include?
Trimming the start, the end and any mistakes (flagged by us or by you), direction refined in post-production, clean sound, colour correction, participant names on screen and your jingle.
How long does delivery take?
With a pack, the edited episode and clips are delivered within 10 business days. With recording only, you get the final file and all the raw footage within 5 business days.
How does payment work?
Without a retainer: 50% when booking and 50% on the recording day. With a 10-episode retainer, to be used within 6 months: 50% of the total when signing the contract, and the rest split across the episodes, paid on each recording date.
What if I need to reschedule?
With 5 or more business days’ notice, you can reschedule at no cost. With less than 5 business days’ notice, the deposit is lost or the session can be rescheduled once. No-shows are charged in full.
What if the recording goes over 2 hours?
Each extra hour of recording costs €90 + VAT.
Can you livestream?
Yes. Livestreaming costs €40 + VAT.
