Before you book
How do I book?
Tell us the date, the number of people and whether you need a half day or a full day, by email or WhatsApp. We confirm availability, and your booking is secured with a 50% payment.
What’s the difference between a half day and a full day?
A half day is up to 4 hours, in the morning or the afternoon. A full day is up to 9 hours. Each extra hour costs €35 + VAT.
Can I hold my event in the evening or at the weekend?
Yes. After 7pm and at weekends, add €40 + VAT per day.
What’s included in the price?
The room set up for your event, projector, screen and sound, internet, air conditioning, the garden and cleaning at the end.
Do you offer coffee breaks and lunch?
Yes, with home-made food. Coffee breaks cost €3 to €6 + VAT per person and lunch €9 to €15 + VAT per person. There are vegetarian options. We’ll send you the full menu.
How does payment work?
50% when you book and 50% by the day of the event.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 45 days before, we refund the deposit. Between 30 and 45 days before, we refund 50% of the deposit. Less than 30 days before, the deposit is not refunded. See our cancellation policy.
How do I get to Synergy? Is there parking?
We don’t have private parking, but there’s free parking on the surrounding streets (Rua Barros Lima, Rua Câmara Pestana and Rua Aires de Ornelas) and a paid car park on Rua Barros Lima. By metro, get off at Campo 24 de Agosto and walk 8 minutes uphill. STCP buses 300, 305 and 401 stop nearby.
Do you offer event photography and video?
Yes, on request. Ask us for a quote.
Do you have a room for smaller groups?
Yes. For meetings of up to 10 people, see our meeting room.
