Frequently Asked Questions
- Sessions run for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours per day.
- Sessions take place on business days, from 11:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. Bookings outside these hours are subject to prior approval and may incur an extra fee.
- A prior visit is required to define set, cameras, framing, and lighting to ensure solid final quality, and to confirm whether production is feasible according to the client’s preferences and make any necessary adjustments.
- If that’s not possible, the client may choose to record using the same framing and lighting as one of the examples shown on this page.
- The minimum lead time for any booking is 48 hours.
- The set MUST be customized with the client’s props to match their brand image as closely as possible.
