Cancellation policy

Coworking

To secure your desk, we don’t accept bookings more than 15 days in advance. We take 50% of the contract value at booking and the remaining 50% on the contract start date. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, since we stop renting the desk to keep it reserved for you.

Event space and meeting room

So you can plan your events, trainings, and meetings ahead of time, we accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. We take 50% of the contract value at booking and the remaining 50% on the contract start date.

The deposit will be refunded:
– in full up to 45 days before the event
– 50% up to 30 days before the event
– not refunded if canceled less than 30 days before the event

Video recording studio

You can cancel up to 30 days before the scheduled date with no penalty on the prepaid amount, as long as you request the refund by email to hello@synergy-porto.com.

Up to 48 hours before the appointment date, you can cancel and use the amount paid toward another date, subject to space availability.

If you don’t cancel or reschedule within the time frames above, the full amount (100%) will be charged, with no refund. If the 50% due on the appointment date hasn’t been paid, it will be considered outstanding.
