Project Description: The “Crunchy.START” project aims to develop and strengthen Crunchyformula, an incubator dedicated to supporting startups and entrepreneurs. This project focuses on expanding the service offering of Egg Academy, an Entrepreneurship School created in 2022, and the Synergy Porto coworking space. To meet the goals, a new team member with training in digital marketing will be hired to provide specialized support in communication and promotion for startups, and improve access to incubation services, adapting to the current needs of digital businesses. Additionally, the project plans events and training sessions to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, contributing to the sustainable growth of incubated startups.

Objectives:

• Boost the qualifications of Crunchyformula’s human resources by hiring a digital marketing professional and training existing staff in relevant tech areas, such as programming, to support tech startups.
• Expand the incubation and mentoring services offered to startups, including implementing a digital booking system and communication support for startups incubated remotely.
• Structure and implement a plan of events, training, and workshops targeted at startups—especially those with digital business models—to deliver strategic knowledge and create networking opportunities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Improve the Synergy Porto infrastructure, including acquiring new tech equipment, to increase the versatility and quality of services provided, such as the video recording studio for courses and podcasts.
