Frequently Asked Questions
- Sessions have a minimum duration of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours daily.
- Session hours are on weekdays, from 11 AM to 1 PM and from 3 PM to 5 PM. Bookings outside these hours are subject to prior consultation and may incur an extra fee.
- A prior visit is necessary to define the set, cameras, framing, and lighting to ensure good final quality, as well as to check if it’s possible to produce according to the client’s preferences and make the necessary adjustments.
- If this is not possible, the client can choose to record with the same framing and lighting as one of the examples presented on this page.
- The minimum notice for any booking is 48 hours.
- The set MUST be customized with the client’s props to match their brand image as closely as possible.

We don’t do video editing, but we can recommend partners.
The video can be delivered with a multicam version, as if it were recorded live, with the cameras switching. If necessary, sound and camera files are delivered separately. Editing is not included but can be quoted later.
